Start the Process

To start the complaint process you must first contact us by phone or by email . In the email include the following:

1. Your name

2. Your contact phone(s)

3. Your contact email

4. Description of incident (complaint).

Once your email is received we will contact you by phone to discuss your problem and decide if there may be a cause for us to advocate. We will ask you questions about your situation in order to determine if we can advocate for you.

Once we see a cause we will setup a meeting. At this meeting we ask you to bring copies of all the documentation and supporting evidence you have. You will discuss your complaint with our representatve(s). Once we accept your complaint we will have you fillout our investigation request form, and authorization form. Once all forms are filled out and signed we will begin investigation of your complaint.

Once we begin the initial investigation, we will keep you appraised of what we are doing. Any changes that occur to you during our investigation should be reported to the person working with you immediately so we are always on the same foot.

Once we complete our investigation we will sit down with you and discuss our findings and make reccommendations as how to proceed from there. This is when the advocacy begins.
