Let me first state I have been remiss in my duties as a citizen of the United States of America. Second I have researched through the Internet and government sites very alarming news about the past and present behavior of our President. All the information I have provided is authentic and verifiable. I have also provided links for your review. I hope after reviewing it you will share it with your friends and loved ones.
President George W. Bush is a traitor, criminal, and corrupt official who must be impeached and arrested.
President Bush is a traitor. He has violated the Fifth Amendment of Due process of Law, the Writ of Habeas Corpus, US Code Posse Comitatus, and the National Emergency Act. The Due process of Law is the principal that a person has a right to receive notice, and be heard in an orderly proceeding in order to protect his or her rights. Due process of Law has also been frequently interpreted as placing limitations on laws and legal proceedings, in order for judges instead of legislators to guarantee fundamental fairness, justice, and liberty. The Writ of Habeas Corpus historically has been an important instrument for the safeguarding of individual freedom against arbitrary state action.
Under the new Detainee Law ,which just passed the Senate, the President can name anyone an "unlawful enemy combatant". Andrew Sullivan speaks about this on CNN. This individual can be detained without charge indefinitely. This applies to US citizens as well as non-US citizens. The law also states an unlawful enemy combatant is subject to CIA interrogation tactics which provide fewer provisions than that of a prisoner of war. This is treason and legalized torture. The Geneva Convention has a set protocol for the treatment of prisoners of war. Under the new law this protocol is open to interpretation by the President. Anyone at any time can be labeled an "unlawful enemy combatant", imprisoned overseas as those in Guantanamo, permanently with out Due process of Law and the Writ of Habeas Corpus. The only way to prove ones innocence is through a military tribunal.
As of October first the First Brigade Combat Team (BCT) has been deployed in the US. This is a fully capable combat force trained in Iraq to quell civil unrest. This is a direct violation of Posse Comitatus. This team is the first ever combat force of any kind deployed on US soil. This is also, after the first twelve months, to be a permanent assignment.
Under new directives in the Homeland Security Act the President has written a clause where he alone can determine a national emergency with out notifying Congress. This is in direct violation of the National Emergency Act .
President Bush is a criminal. He has fired nine US attorneys without cause for hand picked ones to legalize torture. Two of these attorneys, Mr. Addington and Professor Woo , have gone under congressional investigation. These men have written opinions in favor for the president to torture detainees. Under the new Homeland Security Act the President has written a clause granting him immunity for war crimes that are retroactive to 9/11.
President Bush is a corrupt official. He has said in an address to the nation that the cause of the financial crisis is due to an influx of foreign investment. He has signed without the knowledge of Congress the Trans Atlantic Economic Council. This council is designed to help deregulate foreign trade. So we are all clear, presidential candidate John MC Cain has voted for not only this but the deregulation of Wall Street. The Bush administration has threatened in private conversations "Martial Law" (BCT) congressman Congressman Brad Sherman and others to pass the bail out. The bail out also has provisions for an additional 150 billion to Chinese companies. Congresswoman Marcie Kaptur addresses this bailout and the deregulation of Wall Street. She seeks the arrest and prosecution of the Wall Street executives. Please join me and signing the Articles of Impeachment presented by Congressman Dennis Kocinich. Please review all thirty-five articles and you will be utterly amazed at the overwhelming evidence against President Bush. I want to thank Naomi Wolf for her courageous efforts in writing her book End of America. Please watch the 45 minute speech she gives in Seattle. She gives a ten step outline used throughout history for dictators to end a democracy. I have read the Articles of Impeachment and am completely incensed at our government's refusal to arrest President George Bush. Republican and Democrat alike have not lived up to their oath to protect the Constitution. As a result of this blatant denial of one mans contemptuous and heinous behavior millions of lives are irreversibly damaged. We are all to blame for our complacent and apathetic attitude allowing this to happen to us. Now in this the twilight of the Bush administration WE THE PEOPLE have an opportunity to take responsibility for our citizenship. We must stand up and be heard irregardless of the out come. We must make our mark in the new history of our country to take back our dignity and reinstate the checks and balances established by our founding fathers. As for now I am deeply ashamed to be known as an American. And as Galileo said, "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."
